Refund Policy

At White Wrenn Services Private Limited, we provide digital AI-driven services and software instances. Because our services involve immediate computational costs and cloud resource allocation, our refund policy is governed by the delivery status of the service.


1. AI Software & Radio Instances (e.g., Radio Parbhani)

Our software services are delivered via the deployment of dedicated cloud instances.

  • Definition of Delivery: A service is considered "Delivered" the moment a software instance is successfully created and deployed for the user.
  • One-Month Minimum: Once an instance is deployed, the fee for the first month is non-refundable as it covers the immediate setup and resource reservation costs.
  • Partial Refunds: If you have pre-paid for a multi-month period (e.g., an annual plan) and choose to discontinue the service, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining full months of the subscription, excluding the current billing month.

2. AI Song Production & Token-Based Services (e.g., 87sonicace)

Our AI song production service operates on a token or query-based system.

  • Immediate Consumption: Every AI query or song generation request consumes computational tokens.
  • Non-Refundable Status: Once tokens are used to initiate a generation process, the service is considered "Delivered." Due to the irreversible nature of AI computation and GPU costs, no refunds will be issued for tokens once they have been used to generate content.
  • Unused Tokens: Refunds for packs of completely unused tokens may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no tokens from that specific pack have been spent.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for eligible subscription balances or unused token packs:

  • Send an email to legal@whitewrenn.com.
  • Include your GAuth registered email address and the Transaction ID.

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.


4. Technical Failures

In the rare event that a transaction is successful but the software instance fails to deploy or the AI fails to return a result due to a system error, we will either:

  • Re-credit the tokens to your account; or
  • Provide a full refund for that specific failed transaction.
