Welcome to the digital platforms of White Wrenn Services Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our websites, applications, APIs, or AI-driven services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account via Google Authentication (GAuth) or using our Services to generate music or radio broadcasts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.


2. Description of Services

We provide AI-based tools for:

  • 87sonicace: End-to-end AI song production for non-musicians.
  • Radio Parbhani: AI-based automated radio broadcasting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.


3. User Accounts & Security

  • Authentication: Access to our Services is managed via Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our AI tools to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, promotes hate speech, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Transactions: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We maintain a record of the user, amount, and timestamp of each transaction.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital and computational nature of AI generation, all sales are generally final once the AI generation process has commenced, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property & AI Content

  • Ownership of Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of any applicable fees, we grant you the rights to the AI-generated music or broadcasts created through our platform.
  • Training Data: You acknowledge that our AI models are trained on various datasets. While we strive for originality, we do not guarantee that the output will not unintentionally resemble existing works.
  • Company Rights: We retain all rights to our proprietary AI models, software, branding, and the platform infrastructure.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to create "Deepfakes" or impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or bypass any technical limitations.
  • Use automated bots to scrape or "stress test" our generation engines without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Basis: The Services and AI-generated content are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Accuracy: AI-generated content (especially in radio broadcasts) may contain factual inaccuracies. We are not responsible for the accuracy of synthetic speech or information generated by our models.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Wrenn Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
